Let’s Go For It Ladies

Ladies, we can do it. Do what? you ask. Depend on ourselves instead of government, Wall Street, or our boss. How? you ask. Become self-sufficient. What do you mean by that? What I mean is that we can recycle, re-use, reduce, and repair our way into a more sustainable lifestyle. Oh, you say dejectedly, that seems kind of out there and somewhat hard, as you wrinkle up your nose. I reply, But it will be an adventure and we will learn new things that will positively impact our lives, plus we will be able to thrive in this depressing economy. We are going to do these things:

  • Cook from scratch
  • Make our own products instead of buying them from the store
  • Sew our own clothes
  • Knit and Crochet for the home and family
  • Grow our own food
  • Keep some chickens or other livestock
  • Cherish our loved ones
